International Dunnage provides reliable and cost-effective strapping solutions for securing different shape and size cargo. Our superior ID Straps are manufactured from co-extruded high tenacity polyester yarns which brings out the safest strapping solutions compared to steel and PET strapping.
ID Straps, which reduce the risk of injury and minimize possible damages to the cargo due to cutting of sharp edges, is a strong and stiff but flexible and light-weighted load securement alternative that can be used in various packaging applications by ease. It is highly resistant to severe weather conditions, and, unlike PET and steel strapping, it does not break instantly from a single point during impact.
All ID Straps have high joint efficiency and are easy to use, cost effective and suitable for cargos with different shapes. Our buckles outperform crimping and friction welding. Our straps can be customized by 3 color printing.
Our straps come in three major forms to provide the best securement tool for different load applications:
Composite Strap, Hot Melt Strap and Woven Strap.
Composite Strap
With a unique combination of elongation ability and flexible memory, composite strapping can absorb impacts and load shifting that would normally break steel banding. Composite Strapping is soft, pliable and will not rust, avoiding any casualties such as injuries or damages of valuable cargo. Although light weight and portable, ID Composite Straps are strong and tough, making them the ideal materials to protect heavy loads, as well as irregular shaped goods during transportation. They can be tensioned by simple tensioning tools.

Hot Melt Strap
Hot Melt straps are very safe, gentle and smooth on delicate edges and surfaces. They are economical and provide a very high break load capacity. They can be tensioned by hand or by simple tensioning tools. They are especially popular for manual strapping and bale pressing of non-abrasive products such as paper.

Buckles
We offer 2 types of buckles as galvanized and phosphated buckles. There are options from 2.90 mm to 7 mm wire thickness along with a length from 13 mm to 40 mm.
